Can I leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out?
Before check-in, you can leave your luggage from the morning of the day. After check-out, luggage can be temporarily stored at the front desk on the same day. However, please note that this may not be possible under certain circumstances, so please consult the hotel in advance.
Valuables and items that cannot be stored at room temperature cannot be accepted.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in time is 16:00 (last check-in: 24:00) and check-out time is 11:00.

Can I send a courier from the hotel?
Please contact the front desk. Shipping address must be within Japan. International shipping is not available.

Can my child stay alone?
In the event that a minor alone is staying at the hotel, we may check with the guardian. Please understand that we may refuse accommodation depending on the situation.

If I send my luggage before my stay, will you receive it?
Delivery service is available and luggage storage is available.
Please clearly write “reservation number”, “check-in date” and “name of guest” on the luggage slip so that hotel staff can recognize it.
If you can specify the date, please send it on the morning of the check-in day or the day before.- We may not be able to accept your baggage depending on the amount of your baggage.
- Valuables and items that cannot be paid for on delivery or stored at room temperature will not be accepted.
- Guests are requested to carry their own luggage from the front desk to their rooms.
- Please inquire in advance for overseas hotels.

We are planning to stay again in a few days. Can you keep my luggage for a few days?
As a rule, luggage can be checked in after check-out only on the same day.
Please consult with the hotel in advance to see if we can keep your pet for several days, as it depends on the situation. -
I need to check in early.
Rooms will be ready for check-in after 16:00. If you only need to check in, you can do so before 16:00.

I would like to check out late.
If you wish to extend the use of your room, you will be charged 1,000 yen per hour (excluding tax) until 2:00 p.m. After 2:00 p.m., you will be charged 100% of the room rate, provided there are rooms available on the day of your stay. If the room is fully occupied, we will decline the request.

Can I be placed on a waiting list?
We do not accept waiting lists.
Please allow a few days for us to check and contact you. -
What are the cancellation fees?
Cancellation fees will be charged as follows
On the day of stay: 100% of the room charge
The day before: 50% of the room charge
2 days prior to check-in: 30% of the room charge
3 days prior to check-in: 10% of the room charge
*A separate cancellation policy may be set for each stay plan or day. -
How many months in advance can I book?
Reservations can be made 6 months in advance.

Can I specify my room? (Yes, you can. (e.g., rooms next to each other, corner rooms, upper floors, etc.)
If you contact us in advance, we will do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot make any promises.

Can I connect to the Internet?
Free Wi-Fi access is available in the lobby. Both wired LAN and Wi-Fi are available in guest rooms free of charge.

Is room service available?
Room service is not available. Please contact the front desk staff for information on restaurants in the area.

Do you have a meeting room?
If you contact us in advance, we can arrange a meeting space for you.

Do you have a large bathroom?
Our hotel does not have a large bathroom. Please use the shower room in each room, or we will guide you to a nearby hot spring facility.

Can I smoke in the guest rooms and hotel building?
Smoking is prohibited in the entire building. Smoking areas are located outside the building. We also have some rooms that allow smoking on the balcony. Please ask the front desk staff for details.

Is there a restaurant in the hotel?
There is a restaurant where you can enjoy Kurobuta shabu shabu hot pot “Kurokuma”. However, we accept reservations from the general public, so you may not be able to dine at the restaurant without a reservation in advance. In such cases, please inquire with the front desk staff for information on restaurants in the area.

Do you have a parking lot? Can I make reservations in advance?
You may use the multi-story parking lot adjacent to the hotel. If you are coming in a large car, or if there are not enough parking spaces available, we may guide you to a separate contracted parking lot nearby.

When and how do I pay the fee?
Payment can be made by one of the following methods
- Payment by online card payment at the time of reservation (payment at time of reservation)
- Payment on site upon check-in on the day of the event (local payment)
Local payment can be made in cash or by credit card.

What credit card brands can I use for local payment?
VISA, Master, JCB, AMERICAN EXPRESS (AMEX), Diners and their respective co-branded cards are accepted.

When and where can I get a receipt?
Receipt will be given at the hotel front desk upon check-out.
