Please clearly write “reservation number”, “check-in date” and “name of guest” on the luggage slip so that hotel staff can recognize it.
If you can specify the date, please send it on the morning of the check-in day or the day before.
- We may not be able to accept your baggage depending on the amount of your baggage.
- Valuables and items that cannot be paid for on delivery or stored at room temperature will not be accepted.
- Guests are requested to carry their own luggage from the front desk to their rooms.
